The arrangement was not delivered on the day it was paid to arrive. I called the following day since I wasn't notified at all about the delay. I was told there was no compensation for the delay and it would be delivered on the 15th, but they had no time estimated. They delivered the flowers and balloon but forgot the chocolates. They then delivered the chocolates a few hours later. Not impressed. If you cannot handle the holiday rush at least be transparent with your customers and offer compensation. I've never paid for late flowers before, always been reimbursed with delivery. I will not be ordering from here again since customer service is awful.
I love local businesses, so this makes me sad.
